    Located through the shared lobby of Soseki Modern Omakase, Bar Kada is a sake bar offering an educational experience for both seasoned connoisseurs and the curious. With a beverage program curated by 2023 Michelin Sommelier Benjamin Coutts, Bar Kada features monthly sake classes, shareable small plates, and an ever-evolving tasting menu.

    Sushi Saint, Orlando's first temaki bar, opened in November 2023 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand the following April. At the 12-seat temaki bar, hand rolls are crafted in front of guests to ensure peak freshness. The lounge offers a curated selection of small plates and drinks for a more relaxed experience, while the 9-seat omakase room invites guests to indulge in a 12-course chef's choice casual omakase.
